The Training Technology System is a leading approach to the development of
learning. It is one of the most powerful training systems ever devised.
The Training Technology System uses a rich variety of tools and techniques
to document training requirements and implement highly effective learning
strategies. The Hands-On Training approach was originally devised as a tool
