Our e-human resource system provides the capability to manage and
administer the complete employee lifecycle to include: initial
submission of employment applications; screening of potential
applicants based upon job qualifications; candidate interview
and hiring process; employee appraisals; career pathing plans
and required milestones to achieve established objectives;
employee training and education; required company orientation
programs such as Affirmative Action Programs, Sexual Harassment
Training and Occupational Safety and Health Act Certifications;
and formal compilation of disciplinary actions for warnings,
suspensions or termination. Through the integration of the
e-human resource system modules, duplicate data entry required
for each of the employee lifecycle phases is eliminated; accuracy
of employee data is significantly improved; required human
resource programs are efficiently supported; and a more objective
policy for both applicants and employees is maintained within
the organization.
